What I Drank Last Night — A Sun-Blessed Provence Rosé

So pale it could be a pink gin, if anyone knows what that is these days, and with a delicate, almost ethereal fruitiness, the Rouvier from Chateau Routas is sun-dappled Provence rosé at its best. Can anyone say bouibasse and chèvre?
