Halter Ranch Cab 2007, Paso Robles won Double Gold last year at San Francisco International Wine Competition and I can see why — polish, balance, fine fruit and restrained oak all combine for a luscious red at a reasonable price. Enjoyed it at Zuppa in SF, really fabulous Italian food,and great cocktails….before the Halter Ranch.
